This Service is offered as part of our utility management services or as a stand alone services and consists of the following:
- Technical recovery assessment to determine and facilitate a process to 100% recovery levels. This includes meter testing and reticulation tracing.
- Financial recovery through the assessment of Council billing accuracy and tariff comparisons. Tenant billing is also assessed and corrected where necessary.
- Ongoing meter reading and management services if so required.
- Assistance with Council over charges.
